Our Farms


At Premier Mushrooms, our operations are designed with precision and efficiency to ensure top-quality mushrooms. Our composting and pasteurization processes occur in a fully enclosed wharf area, enhancing the quality of our final product. We operate 64 growing rooms—40 dedicated to white mushrooms and 24 to brown mushrooms—utilizing advanced technology to monitor the climate 24/7 for optimal product quality and safety. Post-harvest, mushrooms are swiftly moved to our 21,000-square-foot cold storage facility, where they are processed and typically shipped out the same day.
