Wayne founded USA Insurance Brokers in 2003 and has received numerous awards as one of the Top 10 independent brokers in the U.S. He has also been a recipient of the Healthcare.gov Elite Circle of Champions Award for the past 9-years.
Wayne previously spent over 30 years as Worldwide Vice President - Sales & Marketing in the Telecommunications industry.
Wayne and Dottie enjoy Tennis, Scuba Diving, Skiing, Golf, Travel, and spending time with their family. He is also a US Marine Corps Veteran.
