This event is for a coaching session. If you are outside of Idaho be aware that I cannot provide counseling at this time and am providing coaching services no matter the location. This event is online via Zoom and will get you started on your wellness and spiritual journey. Pick areas in your life you would like support in and be ready to commit to sessions with the overall goal of life improvement and self-discovery. These coaching sessions can be highly tailored to your needs and dependant on what changes you are trying to make. This initial session will be spent figuring out a plan that fits you!
