Repair Request

Due to COVID-19, it may be impossible for you to return an instrument to your school or to your music teacher at your school. We recommend mailing rental instruments you want to return to us (please get tracking information) or returning instruments in person to our McKeesport location.  Of course, we always recommend that you dont return an instrument and your child continues to make music in your school music program. or repair. Please fill out fields so we can contact you if necessary. Unless otherwise stated in the "Additional Notes" box, we will assume the instrument indicated on this form is with the music teacher and school listed and the teacher has been made aware.
