The Grand Forks County Human Service Zone is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through a range of essential services, including adult services, childcare licensing, child protective services, economic assistance, family preservation, and family services. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our office provides critical resources to enhance the well-being of residents. The Human Service Zone Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 2:00 PM in the boardroom at the Grand Forks County Office Building to discuss and oversee community welfare initiatives.
