Cure Hunger

At the Salvation Army of Hibbing, we’re here to help fight hunger and make sure no one in our community goes without a meal. Our Food Shelf offers a variety of groceries — including pantry staples, bread, cereal, meat, and sometimes fresh produce — to help individuals and families stretch their budgets. The Food Shelf is available by appointment on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (closed daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.). We also provide fresh food and bakery distribution throughout the month at set times and serve free hot dinners Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. because everyone deserves a warm meal and a helping hand.
